By accessing or using ReplyOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyOS is an AI-powered growth assistant for X (Twitter) that helps users monitor accounts, curate engagement opportunities through a Smart Feed, generate personalized reply and post suggestions, and track analytics. The service operates on a subscription model with Starter and Pro plans.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid X (Twitter) account to use ReplyOS
• You must authorize ReplyOS to access your X account via OAuth
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• ReplyOS offers Starter and Pro subscription plans, billed monthly or annually
• New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access. A credit card is required at sign-up and will be charged after the trial ends unless canceled.
• Each plan includes monthly usage limits for AI-generated posts and replies that reset each billing cycle
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are not provided for the current billing period after cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ReplyOS for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
• Violate X's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to impersonate others or spread misinformation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the underlying systems

6. AI-Generated Content

ReplyOS uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate reply and post suggestions. While we strive to provide high-quality suggestions, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before posting. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with your personal brand.

7. Intellectual Property

ReplyOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReplyOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The replies and posts you publish using our service belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReplyOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: account suspension by X, loss of engagement, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control (including X API limitations).

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
